General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bkfb ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bkfb website located at https://bkfb.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus, you represent that you have read these Terms in full and unconditionally agree to comply with them. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on bkfb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and for your own personal use.
• You have not previously had a bkfb account closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent for any third party in relation to your use of the Platform.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder and are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bkfb.

Each player may register only one account on bkfb. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

bkfb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, or at any point where the Company has reasonable grounds to verify the identity or age of an account holder. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bkfb account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. bkfb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify bkfb immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. You may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat function on the Platform.

All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims submitted — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. bkfb accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

bkfb reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• There is evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bkfb.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools available on the Platform.

On closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bkfb supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The following transaction limits apply to all bkfb accounts unless otherwise specified in a written communication from the Company:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction (higher limits available on request, subject to enhanced verification).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal fee: bkfb charges no processing fee on player withdrawals. Any fees applied by the receiving payment provider are outside bkfb's control.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bkfb reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request and request supporting documentation where there is any doubt regarding the identity of the account holder, the source of funds, or the legitimacy of the transaction. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments — that is, using a payment method registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and the return of funds to their source.

Bonuses & Promotions

bkfb offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bkfb promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• bkfb reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or amend any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, including where there is evidence that a player is exploiting or abusing the bonus system.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms.

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for potential suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bkfb platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the relevant section of the Platform. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the bkfb system and a confirmation has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• Odds displayed on sports betting markets are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. bkfb is not liable for any discrepancy between odds displayed before and after confirmation.
• In the event of an obvious error in the posting of odds — including palpable errors where odds are materially different from the true market price — bkfb reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds, even after settlement.
• All live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the rules of the relevant provider.
• bkfb uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live casino games. These RNGs are independently tested and certified for fairness.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, bkfb reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

Cricket betting on bkfb covers BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test series, and other international fixtures. Match and series results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or other recognised authority). Abandoned or cancelled matches are settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant market.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bkfb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or any communication with bkfb.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform on behalf of any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider betting in connection with any event offered on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward any bkfb staff member or other player.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bkfb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bkfb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of bkfb.

The bkfb name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and service names are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not use any of these marks without prior written authorisation from bkfb.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Evolution Gaming remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by bkfb under licence. Players may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any game content outside of the normal gameplay experience on the Platform.

Privacy & Data

bkfb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform at /privacy-policy. By registering on bkfb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, bkfb specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided through it, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other cause.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any information provided on the Platform, including odds, scores, and results.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or advice provided by bkfb support staff, which is given in good faith and without warranty of accuracy.
• Any loss arising from events beyond bkfb's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or civil unrest.

The aggregate liability of bkfb to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

bkfb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bkfb will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the account.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document and in the effective date bar above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of their current content. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account and arrange the withdrawal of any verified balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bkfb operates.

In the event of any dispute between a player and bkfb, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting bkfb's support team at [email protected]. bkfb will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within five (5) business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by bkfb from time to time. bkfb will cooperate fully with any such independent review process and will abide by any binding determination made by the appointed body.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
